Terms of Service

These terms cover use of this site and the public Pulse demonstration, operated by Modus Labs, Inc. A customer Pilot is governed by the separately accepted Pilot Service Agreement.

The demo. When you submit the demo form, Pulse sends a real customer-care text to the mobile number you provide and may continue the conversation for a limited session. You must provide your own number or have permission to use it.

Pilot requests. Submitting a request does not activate Pulse, start a Pilot, or create a paid subscription. We verify the business, configuration, consent, sender, and go-live tests before service starts.

Subscription and renewal. A paid Pulse subscription begins when Stripe successfully completes Checkout. It renews automatically each month at the recurring price shown in the accepted commercial order until canceled.

Founder and design-partner pricing. A Design Partner price remains the price shown until cancellation, and a future price change requires separate customer approval. A founding-customer price applies for the first 12 paid months. Continuing afterward at a different price requires a new commercial order accepted by the customer and does not happen silently.

Operational service start. Billing and operational activation are separate. A subscription can begin before phone forwarding, messaging, or other live Pulse operations are enabled. The order summary states when operational setup begins.

Cancellation. The customer may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Modus Labs confirms an earlier date. No additional monthly renewal is charged after cancellation takes effect.

Refunds. Payments are ordinarily non-refundable except for duplicate or erroneous charges, where required by law, or when Modus Labs approves an exception. Canceling does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Acceptable use. Pulse only sends text messages for legitimate customer care and requested demonstrations. Customers may use Pulse to respond to people who contacted their business or otherwise consented to the relevant messages. Pulse may not be used for purchased lists, unsolicited campaigns, unlawful content, harassment, or deceptive messaging.

SMS program terms.Message frequency varies with the customer-care interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact support@moduslabs.app. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing Pulse or any customer's services.

Service limits. Carriers, networks, devices, hosting providers, and automated systems can fail or delay delivery. The demo is provided as available, and we do not promise a recovered-lead count, revenue, appointment volume, or business result.

Warranty and liability.To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and the demo are provided as available without implied warranties. Modus Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Modus Labs' total liability under these site terms will not exceed the fees you paid Modus Labs for the site or demo during the prior three months. A separately accepted Pilot Service Agreement governs liability for an activated Pilot.
