Pulse is operated by Modus Labs, Inc. (“Pulse,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers the information we collect when you use this site, try the demo, or sign up for a pilot.

Information you provide. We collect the name, phone number, email address, business information, agreement acceptance, and message content you choose to provide when you use a demo, request a Pilot, sign an agreement, or contact us.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs to operate, secure, and diagnose the service. We do not use third-party advertising pixels on this site.

How we use information. We use information to provide the requested demo, evaluate and set up Pilots, record agreement acceptance, operate customer communications, respond to support requests, honor opt-outs, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or add you to marketing messages without separate consent.

Service providers. We disclose information to providers that help us operate Pulse, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application data, Twilio for voice and messaging, and Anthropic for approved automated reply generation, or when required by law. Text messaging opt-in and consent data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging. When SMS is enabled and you request a demo message or receive customer-care messages through a Pulse customer, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We also honor reasonable plain-language requests to stop. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Recording. Call recording and transcription are disabled for the current Pilot program.

Retention and choices. Agreement, consent, and suppression evidence may be kept as needed for legal, security, and opt-out obligations. Operational Pilot data is reviewed after the relationship ends and may be retained during a dispute, security incident, or legal hold. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@moduslabs.app.
